The watch is just what I wanted, but you claim to offer free worldwide shipping. I ended up shelling out an extra 32 euros in customs tax, so that definitely ain't free shipping. Not a great experience, to be honest.

I made my order on December 5th, and I've sent several emails, contacted them through social media, and even called a bunch of times. All I’m looking for is an update on my order since it was meant to be a Christmas present. My husband really loves these watches, and this would be his first one. I just wish this whole experience was going better…
